Booking & Reservations

  • How can I make a reservation, and is payment required upfront?

    • Reservations can be made online, by email or by phone, with full payment required at booking to secure your site. Online bookings are preferred.

  • What is the cancellation policy, and are there any fees?

    • Cancel 14+ days before your arrival for a full refund.

    • Cancel within 14 days, and a $25 cancellation fee applies

  • Can I select my specific campsite during booking?​​​

    • You can now pick your preferred site while booking online! 

    • Sites will only be moved if there is an obstruction or issue with the site, guest will be contacted in advance incase of a move.

  • Are discounts available for long-term stays or groups?

    • Weekly stays: 10% discount.

    • Stays of 14+ days: 15% discount.
      These discounts are applied automatically; if not, contact us via email.

  • How can I change my reservation dates?

    • Contact the campground promptly to request changes. Adjustments are subject to availability and may incur fees.

Campground Amenities

 

  • What types of campsites are available?

    • The campground offers walk-in tent sites, drive-in sites (back-in and pull-through), RV sites with hookups (50 AMP and 30 AMP), and glamping options such as yurts and cabins. A two-bedroom suite is also available above the washhouse, ideal for families.

  • Are washrooms and showers available, and how are they maintained?

    • Yes, washrooms and showers are available and are cleaned during posted times. Facilities include men’s and women’s areas with four showers each, a family washroom, and seasonal toilets. Showers are free of charge for guests.

  • Is there Wi-Fi available?

    • Wi-Fi is available near the event pavilion, and most sites have 5G/LTE coverage.

  • What recreational activities are offered?

    • Amenities include a playground, beach volleyball, free gaming equipment rental, paragliding landing facilities, hiking and biking trails, a swimming/kayak pond, and river access (seasonally dependent).

  • Are pets allowed, and what are the rules?

    • Pets are welcome, we are an off leash dog park. All pets must adhere to the off-leash regulation. More information on regulations here.

  • Are campfires allowed, and is firewood available?

    • Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits. Firewood bundles are available for $15 and can be delivered to your site. Fire bans may apply during dry seasons.

  • What is the event pavilion, and how can I rent it?

    • The event pavilion is available for group gatherings, weddings, and events. Visit the website or contact the office for details.

  • Can I rent bikes or kayaks?

    • Sorry we no longer rent bikes or kayaks.

  • What is Muller Flight Park?

    • Located at the main entrance, Muller Flight Park serves as a landing area for paragliding. Guided paragliding activities are available for guests.
