Group Reservation Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking to secure your group reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation of Entire Reservation:

To cancel the entire group reservation and receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made at least 45 days in advance of the arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Individual Site Cancellations:

Individual sites within a group reservation adhere to our standard cancellation policy:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee per site.

Group Discount:

Reservations including 8 or more sites are eligible for a 10% discount on the total reservation cost.

This discount does not apply to reservations that include long weekends.

We recommend notifying us as soon as possible of any changes to your reservation to avoid unnecessary fees.
